Great Backyard Bird Count-2023

The Great Backyard Bird Count (GBBC) is a four-day annual celebration that takes place all over the world in the month of February. The GBBC takes place this year from February 18 to 22. In order to provide a real-time picture of bird populations, it is a free, entertaining, and simple event that involves bird watchers from all walks of life in bird counts worksheet . Around 10,000 different bird species can be found worldwide. They are everywhere on the planet, including Antarctica, and range in size from large to little and from one colour to several.

Everyone is welcome to participate in the Great Backyard Bird Count results, which is a fun and exciting activity. This was launched in 1998 as the first online citizen science initiative by the National Audubon Society and the Cornell Lab of Ornithology to gather information on wild birds and to show the findings almost instantly.
